From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Jayne's warm welcome set the tone for an exceptional stay. She not only showed us to our cozy room but also took the time to recommend some fantastic restaurants in the area, including Dickson Pizza and A&M Sandwich Bar & Grill, which we thoroughly enjoyed. the tea and coffee facilities in our room were well-stocked, and the electric kettle made it easy for us to relax with a hot beverage after a long day of sightseeing. the sitting area in the communal lounge was perfect for unwinding, and the garden furniture outside provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sunny weather. the flat-screen TV in our room was a nice bonus, and the carpeted floor added a cozy touch to the room. Overall, our experience at the hotel far exceeded our high expectations, thanks to Jayne's exceptional hospitality and the thoughtful amenities provided. We will definitely be returning for another stay in the future.
